Warner Bros. Pictures has planned a near seven month shoot for the sci-fi actioner I Am Legend starring Will Smith.Based on the Richard Matheson book, Smith plays Robert Neville, the last living man on Earth... but he is not alone. Every other man, woman, and child has become a vampire, and they are all hungry for Neville's blood. By day, he is the hunter, stalking the sleeping undead through the abandoned ruins of civilization. By night, he barricades himself in his home and prays for the dawn.
The project, that has been bounced around for years, is finaly starting filming in September and will continue until late March in New York. A November 21st 2007 release date is set.
