A new Halloween Shoppe has opened in downtown Victoria and we thought our readers should know about the amazing deals that they have. Its right next door to A Buck or Two in The Bay Centre and is owned by them, so you know they have good deals, like feathered wings $15.The store is only there for the season then will be turned into an X-mass shop, but for now there are some sweet costumes and accessories and decorations for your pad.
